Every sweet we make at Flavofbr begins the same way — with a recipe that has been passed down through generations, a kitchen that smells of ghee and cardamom, and hands that know exactly how much love to put in.
We are a small, family-run brand from Bihar, India — and we are fiercely proud of that. Bihar is the birthplace of some of India's most beloved foods: Thekua, Litti Chokha, Sattu, Gujiya. These are not just recipes. They are rituals. They are memories. They are the taste of home.
Why We Started
We started Flavofbr because we noticed something: the best Bihari sweets and snacks were disappearing. Not because people didn't love them — but because the people who made them the right way were getting harder to find. Mass-produced versions flooded the market, made with refined sugar, preservatives, and shortcuts that stripped away everything that made these foods special.
We decided to do something about it. We went back to the original recipes. We sourced raw jaggery from Bihar's farms, whole wheat from local mills, pure ghee from trusted dairies. We made everything in small batches, by hand, the way it was always done.
